Got a call and left a message, wouldn't say who she was with or what it was regarding.

Any suggestions on how to stop them?

I received today two phone-calls. At first one hidden number and a minute later the number above.

these people are fauds , they collect debts that are past the statute of limitations, threaten legal action, and arrest, when asked if they are a collection agency they will tell you no.. and they are .. report for fdcpa violations to FTC, BBB, etc ..

I received a call from this number but I did not pick it up as I did not want to incur overseas charges.

Calls early morning and lunch and leaves no message. Do not know anyone in Clearwater Florida. Have them stop and remove my number

Received a call from and a voice mall was left from a british sounding women's voice saying that they have an urgent personal business matter to discuss; not a sales call and were calling from World Financial Network National Bank. My caller ID showed unknown as the caller. It was a legitimate call in my case. It was for a misplaced/unpaid Maurices bill. I believe that many times these companies work for more than one business and that is where it can get confusing. They should definately not being asking for anybody's credit card number or SSN. They should know what account they are calling for. I did not call them; I simply figured out that I had not paid my Maurice's bill, went online to my account (which is operated by World Financial Network National Bank) and paid it online.
